These Cloud Paper Cutters come in three pastel colors! They are compact and easy to take on the go.
They are 2" by 1.5". And feature a hole to put a keyring though (not included).
These have a locking mechanism to hold it open while you cut. Simply push and slide the button until it 'clicks' into place. To close push the button in and slide it until it closes.
